Your form submissions are delivered to us by email and are also recorded in our private, self-hosted customer relationship management (CRM) system so our team can respond to and follow up on your inquiry. Feedback you submit through our feedback form is likewise recorded in this system — anonymously, unless you choose to share your name or email. Access is limited to authorized staff, and we never sell or share this information.
To understand how our website is used and to improve it, we use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we host ourselves on our own servers. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Umami records only anonymous, aggregated information such as the pages you view, the site or link that referred you, your approximate country, and your device and browser type. It does not store your IP address or any information that personally identifies you.
We also log anonymous interaction events, for example that a contact form was submitted (along with the inquiry category) or that a Call or WhatsApp button was tapped. These events never include your name, email, phone number, or message.
