Fayha Sports Complex Tennis Courts

This large-scale infrastructure project at the Fayha Sports Complex involved the comprehensive construction and surfacing of 6 professional outdoor tennis courts, along with adjoining multi-sport surfaces.

Built to accommodate high-volume play by the public, rigorous training by professional athletes, and regional tournaments, the facility required a premium surface that balances durability with player safety. To achieve this, we installed a high-performance Cushioned Acrylic System:

• Rubber Undercarpet (Base): A specialized shock-absorbing rubber mat was bonded to the asphalt sub-base. This foundational layer significantly reduces the biomechanical stress on athletes' joints during intense matches.
• Acrylic Topcoat (Surface): Multiple layers of premium, UV-resistant acrylic were applied over the rubber. This provides a true, medium-fast ball bounce, excellent player traction, and vibrant, fade-resistant color zoning.
• Mass Scale Execution: The project delivered approximately 4,000 square meters of seamless cushioned surfacing, completely outfitted with professional netting, umpire chairs, and high-visibility floodlighting.
